Sept. 24, 2005 Fighting
the Lies of the Enemy
updated: May 28, 2006
Mar 3:27 No man can enter into a strong
man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
Mat 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence,
and the violent take it by force.
It has been my experience in my walk with God, that I have fought many more battles in my mind than in my flesh or circumstances.
That may be in large part due to the fact I’ve been a stay at home mom the past 4 years, since my daughter was born,
and believe me, I sympathize with those of you who live for God and have to face wickedness in the work place and strive to
live a holy life. When I got on the computer this morning, and opened up my E-Sword, this is the scripture, in Mark it opened
to. As I read it, the Lord began to deal, and open my eyes to some things. I felt a stirring in my spirit that drew me to
dig into this. Because of what I found, I’ve decided not to paraphrase as I usually do, when I relating the definitions
of these words. I’ve learned that when I look up the word, or phrase in the original language sometimes, it causes me
by default to consider carefully what the Lord is saying in these scriptures. I hope you will carefully read and consider
the meaning of this word-and remember, it’s what we’ve been given authority by the Lord to do to the devil and
his works, which Jesus already destroyed and defeated. (1 John 3:8) And if we are not careful, this is what the devil will
try to do to us, because if you have the Spirit of Christ in you and have been born again, and you love the Word of God, and
you believe what it says, then you are a target. He will try to spoil your faith and steal it from you. He wants to crush
that life of Christ in you. But oh, Hallelujah, Greater is He that is IN me than he that is in the world! (1 John 4:4).
Spoil: to pull asunder, to tear, to strip, to peel.]
(As a verb)
1. To plunder; to strip by violence; to rob; with of; as, to spoil one of his goods or possessions.
2. To seize by violence; to take by force; as, to spoil ones goods.
3. To corrupt; to cause to decay and perish. Heat and moisture will soon spoil vegetable and animal substances.
4. To corrupt; to vitiate; to mar.
5. To ruin; to destroy. Our crops are sometimes spoiled by insects.
6. To render useless by injury; as, to spoil paper by wetting it.
1. To practice plunder or robbery.
2. To decay; to lose the valuable qualities; to be corrupted; as, fruit will soon spoil in warm weather. Grain will spoil,
if gathered when wet or moist.
I just told you above what the enemy of your soul, this world, and the flesh wants to rob you of. Did not Jesus say he
was the thief who came to steal, kill and destroy? Oh, his number one target is your faith in God’s promises and love
for you. If you listen to his lies, he can beat you down so badly, that he can render you useless to the kingdom of God. He
can render you powerless and infect you with unbelief-only if you continue to listen to his lies, and if you listen and don’t
put him on the run with the Word, he will infect you. Even a baby Christian with faith in God’s word, can say “In
Jesus’ Name, leave me! Shut up!” and he has to flee as he’s resisted with the word-isn’t that what
the Scripture says? Resist the devil and he will flee from you? (James 4:7).
Whatever the devil has stolen from you, whether it’s your peace, your children, your spouse, time you’ve spent
paralyzed with unbelief, instead of serving the Lord, you CAN repent and seek forgiveness, and God can strengthen you and
in faith you can rise up and defeat your enemy, and take back what he’s stolen from you. And exercising your faith and
using the Word of God on him, pressing in through prayer, why, you can get violent and tear down his strongholds, with the
weapons of our warfare which are not carnal. (2 Cor 10:4) Remember when David and his men were out in enemy territory, fighting
against the enemies of Israel, while living in Ziklag? Remember when the enemy came in and burnt their city, their homes,
and stole their wives and children? And remember how every one gave in to despair, and just sat down and cried and did nothing
but mourn? What did David do? He heard them threatening to stone him, blaming him, oh, it’s not fair, you know, we were
serving God and look what happened to us when we were out doing God’s business they took everything! But David, didn’t
give up. He got alone with God, and asked the Lord if he could go after the enemy, and if God would deliver them into his
hand. What did God say? Yes, and you will recover all! David knew right then no one had perished. It looked bad. Their homes
had been burned down. Their families taken. They did not know if they’d been tortured, killed, raped, or what. But God
saw it all. And he told his faithful servant, go after them! You’ll get them back. I’m with you! Is he any respecter
of persons? See Romans 2:11, and no he is not. You can read about this in 1 Samuel 30. They were okay, and David got everyone
back and spoiled the Amalekites as well.
There was so much spoil he sent presents back to the elders in Israel. Are you facing a trial where you’ve got rebellious
kids who won’t go to the Lord’s house and when you leave to go to church, they indulge in things you know aren’t
right? Got a spouse who gets on the internet to look at ungodly things the minute you’re out the door to go to God’s
House? If you do, or if you’ve got a situation where the enemy has come in and plundered your family, and is weighing
you down with discouragement, you can fight back! Take comfort in the scriptures, fortify yourself with the Word of God and
prayer, and fight back! Ask God to help you see past the person to the spirit that is using them to try to take you down.
Your prayers are their only life preserver. You have the Word of God so raise the standard against the flood the enemy’s
trying to bring against your family. You’re already more than a conqueror, according to Romans 8 if you’re a child
of God. He gave his children who are obedient the power over all works of the enemy. You’ve got power to tread on him,
saints. Don’t let his roar intimidate you! If you are under the blood that’s all he can do is lie and roar because
Jesus pulled his teeth 2000 years ago! If you stand on the Rock firm, he has to flee. If you tell him in the name of Jesus
to loose your loved ones and let them go, just like Moses told the Pharaoh, oh, if you stand strong when he tries to put on
his display of his ‘power’ which is largely illusion, and don’t back down, he will have to give them up!
God showed us so many different ways in the Bible- every situation is covered! We just need spiritual eyes and hungry hearts
to see it! We have to be willing to spend time digging for the treasure buried in the pages of the precious, priceless Book!
1Sa 30:19 And there
was nothing lacking to them, neither small nor great, neither sons nor daughters, neither spoil, nor any thing that they had taken to them: David recovered
all.
Isn’t God wonderful? You bet he is and that dirty devil doesn’t want you to see that or trust in the Lord enough
to find out for yourself just how awesome he is! Now then, that word “spoil” can be used as a noun.
Spoil: (as a noun)
1. That which is taken from others by violence; particularly in war, the plunder taken from an enemy; pillage; booty.
2. That which is gained by strength or effort.
3. That which is taken from another without license.
4. The act or practice of plundering; robbery; waste.
5. Corruption; cause of corruption.
6. The slough or cast skin of a serpent or other animal.
Luk 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Luk 10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
This is what we need to do to the lies of the enemy that has sewn unbelief and fear in our hearts and minds, and caused
us to not trust the promises of God are for us too, and that have kept us from the rest and assurance and exploits that our
Father meant for us to have and do. Have you ever opened the word of God and felt a longing, unsatisfied in your heart, for
what you are reading? And on the heels of that longing, has despair followed? This is often caused by fear and unbelief. I’ve
felt it so many times, I know what it’s like and it will paralyze and dry up your spiritual growth. It will stunt you
and cause you to be powerless. Just as the enemy was able to intimidate the disciples in Mark 9, and render them powerless,
he will us too, if we don’t stand our ground.
Mar 9:17 And one
of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;
Mar 9:18 And wheresoever he taketh
him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they
should cast him out; and they could not.
Consider what a display this devil put on in front of these people. He went all out here, to intimidate, and incite fear
in their hearts. They saw this display of the powers of darkness on this helpless child and were afraid. But saints, we are
told repeatedly we do not walk by sight, and we are not to judge after the sight of our eyes. If all you have to stand on
is the Word of God, that is all you need because it’s what is holding up this planet on nothing in space right now!
It’s not what you SEE that counts, it’s what HE SAYS!!!!! It’s hard for us to remember that when confronted
suddenly like this, and put on the spot, as the disciples were (especially if you are not prayed up and read up and not long
out of the presence of God in the prayer closet-which we need daily) Has it happened to you? Have you been faced with an angry
and hostile person, on the job, in your home, out in public, that just came from nowhere, and because it was unexpected, and
fierce, it left you flustered and you felt helpless in the face of the verbal attack that assaulted you? And as defeat sank
in, did you hear the mocking voice in your mind, “But what about that power Christians are supposed to have? Where’s
yours? Hah! You’re a joke!” Does this sound familiar? I’m speaking from experience, folks. This is a place
we aren’t to visit too many times. This is a lesson we need to learn quickly. FAITH is the fuel that ignites the promises
of God to action.
The Kingdom of heaven according to Rom_14:17 is
peace, joy and righteousness in the Holy Ghost. Without these, we won't be very effective witnesses for the Lord. Let's break
it down, and dig in.
Mat 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of
heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
Violence: ( Webster's 1828)
1. Physical force; strength of action or motion; as the violence of a storm; the violence of a blow or of a conflict.
2. Moral force; vehemence.
3. Outrage; unjust force; crimes of all kinds.
4. Eagerness; vehemence.
5. Injury; infringement. Offer no violence to the laws, or to the rules of civility.
6. Injury; hurt.
To do violence to, to outrage; to force; to injure. He does violence to his own opinions.
To do violence to or on, to attack; to murder.
FORCE, n. That which causes an operation or moral effect; strength; energy; as the force of the mind, will
or understanding. Strength; active power; vigor; might; energy that may be exerted; Violence;
power exerted against will or consent; compulsory power. Let conquerors consider that force alone can keep what force as obtained.
Strength; moral power to convince the mind. There is great force in an argument.
Virtue; efficacy. No presumption or hypothesis can be of force enough to overthrow
constant experience.
Validity; power to bind or hold. If the conditions of a covenant are not fulfilled,
the contract is of no force. A testament is of force after the testator is dead. Heb 9:17.
Strength or power for war ; armament; troops; an army or navy; as a military or naval
force: sometimes in the plural; as military forces.
How can we kill the lies of the enemy? How do we tear down the strongholds he has planted in our minds that prevent us
from entering in and cause us to waver in unbelief? How many times have you heard it whispered to your mind how pure and holy
God is and how good he has been to you and how much you have failed him? How unworthy you are to enter his holy presence?
Even the light he dwells in is unapproachable, how can you, who fail him so much be counted worthy to enter in? Why would
he listen to your prayers when you have promised him so many times you would do better and you haven't? You don't pray like
you should because you are bowed down with shame over your failures. You read his word and hear it preached with longing,
wanting the promise but not counting yourself worthy because of the lies of the enemy. Any of this sound familiar?
You can't make it-when he comes back you still won't be ready. You're just a screw up. You can't do anything right. That's
what the devil says. And the only way to fight that is with faith in the and through the word of GOD. What does God say to
all these things? Let's examine His Word. You have to agree with what God says, not with your enemy! I mean, sure, he’s
right, about some of these accusations, that is the power to cause the condemnation, because often, we know that accusing
voice is right. BUT Rev. 12:11 says “They overcame him by the blood and by the word of their testimony and they loved
not their lives unto the death.” Glory to God! There is forgiveness, for us, but not for him! We have the word and we
can testify God’s forgiven us, accepted us, given us power to become sons and daughters of God that can tread on serpents
and bruise their heads!
So, Satan says: you're not worthy.
GOD SAYS;
You're accepted in the Beloved (Jesus) ( Eph_1:6)
Satan says: You've failed God too many times.
GOD SAYS:
Isa 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name
is Holy; I dwell in the high and
holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the
contrite ones.
Psa 34:18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Satan says: You're too polluted to enter his presence. You're too sinful.
GOD SAYS:
Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the hrone of grace, that we may obtain mercy,
and find grace to help in time of need.
Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness
to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
Heb 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart
in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
(Eph_5:26)
Satan says: He's not hearing your prayers because you have broken too many promises to him. You've tried but it's too much,
you just can't measure up to God. (None of us can, that’s why he sent his Son to die!)
GOD SAYS:
1Pe 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their
prayers: but the face of the Lord is
against them that do evil.
Mat 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
Psa 50:15 And call upon me in the day
of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
The devil says he's going to get you, that he'll destroy you and your family:
GOD SAYS:
Psa 37:32 The wicked watcheth the righteous,
and seeketh to slay him.
Psa 37:33 The LORD will not leave him
in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
Psa 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way,
and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
Psa 109:30 I will greatly praise the LORD with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.
Psa 109:31 For he shall stand at the
right hand of the poor, to save him
from those that condemn his soul.
Isa 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt
condemn. This is the heritage of
the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
Rom 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again,
who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
1Jo 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all
things.
1Jo 3:21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
You don't pray like you should, because you are bowed down with shame over your failures? Afraid God will reject you? And
the hissing voice of the enemy blows through your mind disrupting your attempts to pray, and you a child of the Most High
God, allow this harassment to continue, unchallenged? Glorify your Father but remembering who you are, and recognize that
IN CHRIST you are COMPLETE (Col 2:9-10) and stand tall, raise your head, repent of allowing your enemy to trample on you,
and let the Lord put the fight back in you!
GOD SAYS:
Luk 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the
spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Luk 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly
thing, it
shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
He’s not talking about handling snakes, which is tempting God, and wrong, and plain stupid, he’s talking about
you take up this old devil, and cast him out, and send him packing. Throw him out, just like Jesus did. You pray, you fast,
you fortify yourself with the Word, draw nigh to God, let him strengthen you as you eat at his table, and prepare you. David
said he taught his hands how to war-can he not teach you how to war against this thing? Sure he can! It’s written, for
us to examine, we just need the Holy Ghost to help us understand and see how it applies to us!
Rom 8:31 What shall we then say
to these things? If God be for us,
who can be against us?
Rom 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more
than conquerors through him that loved us.
Satan says God doesn't love you? That you've failed and disappointed him too many times? That he sees some secret bad thing
in you that you don't even know about and God has withdrawn from you? Hogwash.
God says:
Rom 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward
us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Rom 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were
reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
Rom 5:11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom
we have now received the atonement.
Satan tries to tell you you're going to fall? That you can't make it? That’s a tired old line he’s used on
me, too many times. Don’t despair. Just as you can’t save yourself, and needed a Savior, you can’t keep
yourself, you’re kept by the power of God, through faith. (1 Pet. 1:5)
GOD SAYS:
Psa 56:13 For thou hast delivered
my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living.
Jud 1:24 Now unto him that is able
to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
Rom 14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth
or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
(tell that one to the devil!!!!!)
Col 1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
2Co 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us; we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
Satan tells you how bad you are? How you just are not holy and can't be holy?
GOD SAYS:
Psa 138:8 The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth forever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
Under attack and feel so weak you can't make it? This is what GOD's Word says:
Psa 138:3 In the day when I
cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst
me with strength in my soul.
Psa 57:2 I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.
Jer 1:12 Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to
perform it.
Think about this: In the original Hebrew, "will hasten" means to be alert, be on the lookout, watch for" the word to be
accomplished, brought forth, come to pass. Stand back and see, my brother, my sister, the salvation of God!
Rom 4:21 And being fully persuaded
that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made
perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will
I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Phi 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth
all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Phi 4:13 I can do all things through Christ
which strengtheneth me.
Phi 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need
according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
The devil says you've sinned and done despite to the Spirit of Grace, striving to be holy but your flesh is weak? Knowing
you hate your sin? That God is mad at you and tired of your failures? Oh, no wonder God had so much written! But saints, if
we don’t know FOR OURSELVES what he said, we have no ammunition to fight back with. All Jesus used was “it is
written” and that’s what we need when he comes against our minds! I know there are some situations where you can’t
quote a scripture and make it go away. But when he attacks your mind and tries to make it unsound, and troubled, which is
not the will of God, you can put him on the run with the Word. You can take comfort with and in the Word.
Psa 130:3 If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
Isa 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let
him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
Jer 33:8 And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against
me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.
Psa 86:5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them
that call upon thee.
Psa 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget
not all his benefits:
Psa 103:3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
who healeth all thy diseases;
Psa 103:4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction;
who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Psa 103:8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
Psa 103:9 He will not always chide: neither
will he keep his anger forever.
Psa 103:10 He hath not dealt with us after our
sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
Satan says God won't save your family, that he's going to destroy them? Pray the word of God over them: And remember Jesus
says he's a liar.
Act 16:31 And they
said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Act 26:18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Now, when it comes to listening to the lies of the devil, we had all better remember this:
Joh 10:1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
Joh 10:2 But he that entereth in
by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
Joh 10:3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
Joh 10:4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
Joh 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
Jesus says his sheep don't listen to the voice of the stranger or follow him (into condemnation and fear where the devil
has led so many of God's children through his lies). Flee from the strange voice that tries to hinder you from the
presence of the One who died for you and gave his life for you. Scripture says the Name of the Lord is a strong tower; the
righteous runneth into it and are safe!!!!! (Prov. 18:10)
Joh 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
We can know the Lord! For ourselves! He says his sheep he knows and they know him!!! Of course the devil doesn't want you
to know the Lord. Ps. 16:11 says "Thou wilt show me the path of life; in thy presence is the fulness of joy, at thy right
hand there are pleasures forevermore." No wonder Nehemiah said the joy of the Lord is our strength. Have we entered into that
secret place? Where we sit at his feet and behold his glory and bask in his presence and are shown the path of life and transformed
by the light into his image? Who is molding us? Man's convictions? Lies of the enemy? People's opinions? Or the Word of God?
The Holy Ghost of God? Did not the Lord warn us that the devil was a liar? So let's make a concentrated effort to reject his
lies and refuse to listen to his vicious, lying mouth!!!!! What a grave insult to the heart of God for his people to cower
under the lies and condemnation of the devil and waver in unbelief at the truth of our Father, who proved his love before
we were ever born....Praise the Almighty God for he says in 1 John 1:9 if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to
forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. So when God cleanses us, lets reject the fiery darts of the wicked
one meant to infect us with unbelief again! We can hold up the shield of faith, which is the Word of God! God said it, I believe
it, and that settles it!!!!!!!! And remember what Jesus said about the devil and his servants:
Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength,
and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them
before our God day and night.
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! for the devil
is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
And if that isn't enough to make you shout remember this awesome God already told us how the story ends:
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone,
where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever
GLORY!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!! AND REMEMBER WHAT HE SAID IN Psalms!!!!!!!!
Psa 37:12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.
Psa 37:13 The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.
Psa 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the
land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
Saints, doesn't it sound like when the old devil gets put away once and for all WE ARE GOING TO SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hallelujah!!!!
Surely this doesn't mean the people, who are wicked, for no saint of God could take pleasure in seeing a person decieved
by a devil perish. But I want to see him cast into the bottomless pit! And when he gets out 1000 years later, he will have
an even shorter time before he’s thrown in the lake of fire to suffer in the flames forever.............knowing he will
suffer for eternity for his crimes.................we serve a just GOD. He is merciful to the sinner, knowing he is deceived.
Let us as his children be merciful as well. Having compassion on them that are lost and condemned already without God in their
life, and never be like the devil, judging them unworthy of God's love for their behavior. Let us offer compassion and mercy,
and love, to the worst of sinners, as God did us......for he's no respecter of persons.
